TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

Embroidery requires a once-off digitizing fee unless already digitized by CCS. Digitizing turnaround time is 1–2 working days before sampling begins. Samples must be approved before bulk embroidery begins. CCS is not responsible for garment damage due to poor quality fabrics supplied by client. Client must clearly communicate embroidery size and placement preferences before sampling. Minor color differences may occur depending on thread availability. Refunds are not issued on custom-branded garments.
