GARMENT SAMPLING

GARMENT SAMPLING

Sampling is the process of producing a prototype of a garment before mass production. It allows the client to assess fit, construction, fabric choice, and design accuracy before committing to a full run. It is a critical step in quality assurance and design validation.

TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

Sample fees are billed separately from bulk production and are non-refundable. Turnaround time for samples depends on design complexity and material availability. Changes to design after sampling will require a new sample and may incur extra cost. Samples must be approved in writing before production can proceed. CCS retains a copy of each approved sample for reference during production. Clients are responsible for reviewing the sample thoroughly and confirming details before sign-off.
