Buyouts are a sourcing service offered by CCS Apparel to brands and organizations looking for cost-effective volume purchasing of plain apparel. This service focuses on leveraging economies of scale to secure high-quality garments at competitive prices — ideal for brand specific apparel, promotional wear or uniform programs.

WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?
  • Brands wanting to import affordable, plain apparel for branding.

YOU PROVIDE
  • Garment types and styles (e.g., t-shirts, golf shirts, hoodies).
  • Quantity per style (MOQ: 100–1000 units depending on factory).
  • Target timeline or delivery deadline.
  • Budget range (optional but helpful).
  • Branding method preferred (DTF, embroidery, etc.).
WE PROVIDE
  • Sourcing of plain apparel from trusted manufacturers in Mauritius, Madagascar, China, Turkey, or South Africa.
  • Product and pricing comparison across multiple suppliers.
  • Coordination with manufacturer based on lead time and MOQ suitability.
  • Shipment coordination and delivery to CCS or client’s preferred location.
  • Optional: Branding services on sourced items (priced separately).

TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

MOQs typically range from 100–1000 units per style (E.G 100 Smalls, 100 Medium etc), depending on the supplier. Lead times vary based on country of origin, order size, and customs (if imported). Client must approve final garment sample or photos before order is confirmed. Once approved and ordered, buyouts are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Customs duties and shipping fees (if applicable) will be quoted separately. CCS is not liable for delays caused by international freight, customs, or supplier backlogs. Branded items resulting from buyouts follow the same no-return policy as all custom work.
