Make the garment.

Whichever fits, production runs on our own line.

FPP

Full package production

Turnkey manufacturing from concept to delivery: design consultation, pattern making, sourcing, sampling, branding set-up and bulk production. For clients launching a range or scaling without in-house capacity.

CMT

Cut, make and trim

Manufacturing only, for clients with their own patterns, fabric, trims and branding. We cut, sew, finish and check. For established brands with complete tech packs.

PMG

Pattern making and grading

From a sketch, a sample garment or a tech pack, our pattern maker turns the design into production-ready patterns and grades them across your size range.

Sample

Garment sampling

Prototype before committing to bulk: first-pattern sample, fit consultation and adjustments before sign-off.

Decoration & print

In-house, with a partner network for volume print

Brand the garment.

Embroidery, sublimation and print design run inside the factory, on garments we make and on client-supplied blanks. Screen print and DTF run through long-term partners, managed and quality-checked by us.

EMB

Embroidery

In-house.

Multi-head Ricoma line. Logos, monograms and back panels on bombers, golf shirts, caps, totes and uniforms.

SUB

Dye sublimation

In-house.

Large-format printing into the fabric for all-over prints, sports kit, scarves and panels. Washable, no peeling.

DESIGN

Custom print design

In-house.

A print or graphic developed from scratch for your range. Design fee billed separately from production.
