• All service fees are quoted excluding VAT (if applicable).
• A 60% deposit is required upfront for all services. Work will only commence once proof of payment is received.
• Final files or outputs will only be released once the full balance is settled.
• All quoted lead times commence after receipt of all required information, approval of initial concepts (where applicable), and payment of the deposit.

Custom Print Design

• Includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at R200 per change.
• Final artwork is delivered in high-resolution print-ready format (PDF, JPEG, or AI).
• CCS retains all intellectual property and commercial rights to the design unless a commercial buyout is agreed to in writing.
• A commercial buyout fee of R5000 plus 200% of the design fee applies if the client wishes to own full rights to the design.

Fashion Design Consultation

• Charged based on the scope and size of the project. A standard consultation is R650 per hour.
• For large projects, full-day rates or project-based pricing can be arranged.
• Consultations include design input, construction recommendations, and moodboard refinement, but do not include technical drawings or pattern development unless otherwise stated.

Pattern Block Creation

• Charged at R2500 per base pattern block.
• Includes one design style and one standard size (as per client-provided size chart or CCS standard).
• Additional pattern modifications beyond scope will be charged separately at R300 per alteration.
• Pattern blocks are the property of CCS until full payment is received. Once paid, the client receives a production-ready version of the pattern in DXF, PDF, or hard copy format.

Pattern Grading

• Grading is charged at R200 per size (e.g., if grading from S to 3XL = 5 sizes = R1000).
• Grading is done according to industry standards or client-supplied grade rules.
• Revisions required due to inaccurate or unclear grade instructions may be charged additionally.

• Services do not include sourcing of trims, fabric, branding elements, or production unless explicitly quoted and agreed.
• Reworks due to unclear client instructions, measurement discrepancies, or late approvals will result in additional charges and revised timelines.
• CCS is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or incomplete briefs submitted by the client.

• All artwork, patterns, and technical files remain the intellectual property of CCS until full payment is made.
• Any reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of files provided by CCS without full payment or written consent is strictly prohibited.
• If the client wishes to use or reproduce the designs for commercial sale or external reproduction, a commercial rights fee of 200% of the original design cost will apply, unless otherwise negotiated.

• All deliverables will be submitted for client review.
• A formal approval (via email or signed document) is required before final production files or handovers are done.
• Once approved, any changes requested thereafter will be treated as a new task and quoted accordingly.
